PERMANENT STAY PERMIT - KITAP

Permanent Stay Permit (izin tinggal tetap) is a Permit that granted to certain foreigners, to reside and settle in the territory of Indonesia. Permanent residence permits are granted to foreign holders of Limited Stay Visa who have lived in Indonesia for at least five consecutive years from the date the Limited Stay Permit was granted. A Permanent Stay Permit is acquired as a status of a Limited Stay Permit. The transfer status of this transfer can be given on the request of another person submitted. Permanent residence permits can make you no longer need to go to the immigration office every year or further expansion permits.
That way you can save costs and be efficient when visiting Indonesia or long term living in Indonesia. The validity period of a Permanent Permit is 5 years and it can extend indefinitely without a Permanent Permit being canceled. A Limited Stay Visa, it can be changed to a Permanent Permit if the applicant has lived for 3 consecutive years in Indonesia and agreed to the Statement of Integration with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. 4.	Foreigners who are ex-Indonesian citizens and former subject kids of a double citizen of the Republic Of Indonesia.
5.	The former subject kid of a double citizen of the Republic of Indonesia who chooses foreign citizenship.
6.	Children born in Indonesia from foreigners holding a permanent residence permits and also.
7.	Indonesian citizens who lost their Indonesian citizenship in the territory of Indonesia.
